Obviously from looking at this conviction it shows that he has no regard to the laws of the USA. No wonder he has no regard to his share holders. If he doesnt respect the tax laws, he certainly wont care about share holder value.

He only cares about his wallet.

Brian Weber needs to cap the AS at 7 billion instead of unlimited. He needs to submit financials to lift the CE status. He also needs to ungag the TA.
