I contacted my L2 provider and they said basically "It is what it is". They said that MM's must key in to show up and, when there is little interest in a stock, they just don't bother. I am sure someone out there has a GTC set to sell at .05 or buy @ .0005 - it just isn't worth the MM's time to key it in today. All MM's who want to be a part of the SYNJ revolution today are being shown right now - the others are apparently taking a pass.
