Whether Noble likes it or not...

they are now the public entity, with a list of seed shareholders, who expect management to make a go of this.

That is exactly what they are doing. Talking with the SEC and cooperatively doing whatever it takes to satisfy concerns and then move forward.

The company will submit more filings and I expect there may be some amendments to past filings just like the one filed a few days ago.
