I agree that Magnum's stock will collapse. Typically it's a slow process, though. These scam stocks typically deflate over a couple of years with intermittant spikes. My guess is that many investors marry the stock and average down to zero--that helps slow the rate of decline of the stock. It's surprising how long investors will keep faith and patience. Literally the SEC can charge the insiders with securities fraud and investors will defend the company and hold onto their shares until they're pried from their cold, dead hands. Those investors must be absolutely worth their weight in gold to the swindlers who run these scams.
