When you hear Bush speak you hear him lie!
"Drooling" would be preferable to lying.

When Bush is not lying he is delusional. He is in astate of denial. He can not understand why people don't like him.

People don't like him because he is self centered liar who has got this country into a lot of economic and political trouble around the world.

He squandered the "goodwill" flowing out of 911 and has polarized the world as well as the citizens of this country. But he does not have a clue.
