Sure, I'm in that ballpark in shares. I also agree with Chuck. It amazes me that KB and RC expect us to blindly invest in their company. Since this spring I've been intrigued with the potential of CDED and astounded with the disrespect to shareholders displayed by CDED management. I will wait awhile longer then have to exit. To this point CDED management has produce ZERO verifiable results despite a string of prs this spring and the merger announcement almost ONE MONTH ago that has not even seen the prelim filed....becoming very suspicious....
