Pressure by all shareholders on this board, including YOU, would force management to listen. We have all followed this stock closely for many years and can put together a nice list of "questionable" actions by management. As a group we need to ask them to respond to our concerns or we should put together a formal complaint to the SEC, not just threats, but real complaints, by all shareholders. I guarantee there are ways to make management address our concerns. But it needs to be a solid effort by all shareholders. Your solution of just sitting back and doing nothing will not change the way management operates.
