numbnots, you are correct. However, Kaiser has been a huge company for decades, then they came out of bankruptcy in 2006. SPNG has never been a huge company. As far as selling products, they really aren't more then a couple of years old. So Deloitte must have seen something in SPNG to take them on as a client.
