What form 4s? He didn't sell his personal holdings, he printed and sold the company stock. He increased the AS from 5 billion to 10 billion as he blasted through 5 billion shares. The 'links' you need to look at are the number of shares sold at .0001 and the number of shares not yet settled (ftd's).

Those are all the evidence you need for a maxed out OS.
