don't expect LNGT to get to another exchange within a year....they have to bring ALL their filings up to date and then satisfy the SEC. The next step is to see what sponsor(s) brings them their best deal for each exchange. Personally I hope they don't move to new exchange (other than an OTCBB) in the near term, because that means that they would be tying up valuable resources that should be used instead to manufacture product to sell and move the company forward.
