They're bookkeeping errors, and a training issue, and INIX responded to the complaint, and there hasn't been any further action taken as of right now. Even if there is these are not big infractions.

And...the company sure doesn't seem to be worried about it otherwise they wouldn't say things like there are no pending legal issues or lawsuits.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
