Stayfocused:

O/S has not changed, and still the same. They may add certain class of security (Preferred) that cannot be converted to common stock and give it to STS.

By end of next week, dust will settle down and we will see 80% STS aquisition, and big contracts flowing our way.

I will do some further research on this , and will post if anything new pops up.
