I hope you are right....

In my honest opinion I think it will. Only for the reason that when people realize that the OS does not have/or need to be in the K... people will sell... very normal

We all already know what is going to be shown in the K... except for that OS number...

so, dont put it in, have a sell off, buy back even more shares lower, retire more shares, than PR the completed buyback and watch her fly... in addition PR about uplist of buyout and holy crap.... you know the rest...

Its funny we long longs have been trained to expect the unexpected and realize management usually always does the alternative to what people are expecting....

In conclusion, do not expect anything that we do not already know in the K...IMO
