LAS VEGAS (CN) - Michael J. Moore and Moore & Associates Chartered issued fraudulent audit reports that "were so deficient that they amounted to no audits at all," the SEC claims in Federal Court. The SEC complaint cites Moore's audits of (nonparties) Ethos Environmental Inc., Tombstone Exploration Corp., Studio One Media, Biocoral, Centergistic Solutions, and Standard Drilling.

The SEC seeks an injunction, disgorgement and penalties for fraud, failure to detect and report likely illegal acts, and other securities violations.
