The MM's may want to run her, or set this up for a run on the 4.4 Billion decision. Now that she has been deposed there is nothing holding Walrath back from making this ruling. Perhaps they also caught wind of Judge Sleets ruling.

If those two rulings go positive for WMI, we could see a little run. However I do agree with Diamond that we won't see anything major until settlement is a done deal.
