RIMM just made a new high today, not a good short candidate. CCMP got close to $40, the area of resistance I mentioned to you as a better shorting area, that should have been the one to short above $39. It could easily drop to $35, and if the retrench here is sever, maybe even a spike to just under $31, before it makes another attempt later in the year to take $40.
