Have to be careful here, though.

Pr states, " Devices (NDD) known as the Disintegrator(TM) and the Disintegrator Plus(TM)."
No specific mention of the Pro, so it would be logical to surmise it is not included in any agreement above.
The LOI for U.S. Patent No. 6,384,362 , is just an intent, nothing more. As we all know, LOI's are often used for deceptive and misleading purposes in pnkster land. thanks again for the link, Dog
