The only reason I respond is because I have forgotten more about corporate accounting and audits than Harvard taught him, and I do not want him to think he is getting anything over on our strong shareholders.

But you are right, I believe most of the "real" shareholders already have limited his credibility to somewhere between -1 and 1.
