Nano with how well SPNG plans everything and has the results needed do you really think they missed anything needed? No they know what they what Nasdaq wants from them. This is more about Nasdaq which is a business with a lot of struggling listed company. When one like SPNG rarely comes along that can grow to 500 million in a few short years they do not pass on it. It's not like they have all these new listing coming to them that just made 10 million and growing.
