I was concerned that the 15.5 B was just too old and they likely did not still have these relationships but it seems they do. BAIDA, China Mining Investment Group and Baida Biotech Investment Group (the 3 major companies that total the $15.5B) are all part of Baida Finance of which RCCH is still connected with as a strategic partner. I will follow up with some more DD so I can confirm or deny this is actually CURRENTLY the case.

I own this currently as a lotto play until I can better my DD. As I get it I will share it.
