Whatever it takes to meet requirements is my guess. Plus 3500 bucks to pinksheets llc. You'll get your transperancy from what I get from Ir.
PLUS! The past years of SEC filings is good for something BTW. 2 years of history is needed to go BB. So it is in my opinion this ZENG has more ducks in a row than most believe.
