The only PR that's going to matter is either A: a good financial or B: something stating an "arrangment" for buying a facility or C: Arrangement of financing for an acquisition. They already set the stage for that expectation so it's up to them.

My whole thing is, it's going to take a while longer than most ZENGSTER's are willing to accept. That first run up has spoiled a good majority of them and set expectations too high.
