Really now, "waiver of the $4.00 requirement" Have you ever heard of a company that received such a waiver? The CEO of SIRI sent a letter to the Nasdaq to protest the delisting threat under $1 even though he has a market cap 2.71B, and they haven't given him any waiver.
There is only three options. Wait it out on the OTC, reverse split, or merge with a company already on the Nasdaq. It's not that hard. And doesn't mean a reverse would be bad. If your going to do a reverse, 2009 is the year. RE:AIG
