Some posts indicate the reduction in A/S shows the company will not dilute. I just make the point that the Company (or Mr. Luiten) did not say this and it should not be taken as an assurance. IMO.

Mr. Luiten did say something about re-arranging the share structure. Do you know specifically what he meant or even what is usually meant when a company re-arranges the share structure?

I am much more concerned by the VAST majority of shares owned by about 8-10 people from the previously private company and where the BIG SELLER got all his shares? Aren't you?
