I have not called Zenergy a scam or fraud. I am not convinced enough to risk money on the proposition that Zenergy will ever make money. If I was as cynical as some here, I can see how to make money by trading this stock AS a scam. The P& D brigade is obvious.

The PR does not say Zenergy will not place new shares - posters have. Since I believe Mr. Luiten is The Company, and he is concerned with his public image, I would believe his statement if he said "read my lips, no new shares!" I might be wrong, but I would give a high probability to it.

I think I answered the questions posed - yes?
