Because of events in Chechnya the Grozny pipeline apparently was closed in favor of the U.S. backed Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline. One of the primary reasons it seems that we are backing the Chechen rebels and thus responsible for the deaths of the Russian school children.

I expected Moscow to make moves on Georgia in this time frame but it seems to have started at the Black Sea which was not what I expected.

Seems that the Chechens are doing to Putin and his pipeline meetings what Putin, Germany and France did to Bush starting the war in Iraq. Constantly putting him behind schedule. Putin is losing pipeline deals, Bush is losing American lives which he seems not to give a squat about.

Do you think that Moscow can react with force and take Grozny? It seems like it is coming close to that time or Moscow is in trouble.
