du hast recht, wir wissen nicht, wie hoch die verbindlichkeiten zum 31.3.2009 waren. bei 12 mio. working capital plus funktionierendem profitablen geschäft würde ein kaufpreis von 33 mio. wahrscheinlich auch nicht ausreichen.
