Do you concede that this is no longer possible with A/S=900mm?

Do you see how easy it would be for SPNG to reduce O/S to 200mm? Think about it: 722mm - 150mm (buyback) - 400mm (RM reduction out of their 450mm or 480mm) = 172mm. And what if there are more "affiliate transfers"?

What would your opinion be if SPNG had O/S=200mm and PPS of 14 cents (for a market cap of $28mm)? Would you see value at that level?
