Bu$$ - current speculation is possible FTC settlement. May be just spec, but there is a plausibility to it given the IFX plea, i.e., why is the FTC gonna protect these conspiring DRAMurai... If there were a settlement, it would arguably make all the licensees' deals valid, which in my view means the stock is easily worth 30 even without the IFX, MU, an Hynix cases.
