Just looked up WalMart and Target and their requirements to sell a company's product. You will not be finding mikie's stuff in either store. Here is the gist of the requirements...

• Internet access
• Financial information
• Formed company
• Listing on Dun and Bradstreet and reports
• Universal Product Code
• Liability and workers compensation insurance
• Product quality assurance testing
• Completed Wal-Mart questionnaire
