How is it a one up??? Bush raised the deficit by 115%... the equivalent for Obama would be at the end of his 8 years the deficit to be $25 trillion. Even with the most "current" horrible projections he's not even close (plus we don't even know what happens over the next 8 years, up or down). So no. Your hero Bush and the pinhead wingnuts have a lot to answer for for sitting around while the republicans and POS Bush skyrocketed the deficit all for the top richest 2-5% and 3000 dead... at least Obama has the moral authority on his side in trying to help 95% of Americans and 120,000 dead Americans each and every year.
