wadi: IMO if mgmt. wanted to settle they would have already done so in past few weeks at latest. I do not think mgmt. wants to let NSS off hook with typical settlement clauses whereby NSS admit NO wrongdoing whatsoever, and the hold harmless clauses, etc., etc. It just won't happen, IMO, mgmt. is bent on "taking it to the limit," getting uplisted, maybe with this price "exception" from Listing Council I read about somewhere herein -- and for the life of me can't recall where. This would result in a MOASS much higher than $10. What would possess the NSS's not to cover if such happens??
