they kept selling hard FROM 006 to 3cents... only THEN could you see somebody go... oh $%!t.... and they tried really hard to keep some type of containment in place between 03 and 08 and then...

boom... they had NO choice...

they had a chance to run this on the cheap... start a real run and cover... and they didn't do that phrantic... they choked it and re-averaged...
