Yes.. They have a typo when they first state the "perfered shares" outstanding. They have it right when they calculate the diluted eps. Most people who follow the stock noticed it right off but passer-bys taking a quick glance might see it the way you did the first time. I hope that typo is not discouraging potential inverstors.

btw, current eps is $1.16, fully diluted. Ignore the poster that keeps saying "almost a dollar".
