Wad that is why becoming new company with new stock on Nasdaq is key. The deadline prevents them from just creating new higher nss basis and crash like we see with most runs. Does no good to create new short when deadline and having to cover still their. NSS has to end with forced covering by a date and move off OTCBB. New shares means no more OTCBB shares.
