I get it, we were discussing illegal aliens. They still get what they have now.... A free ride, while poor working people who have no insurance will be forced into a plan or taxed. If you are a legal citizen and go to the emergency room, you currently will pay or they will come after you. If you are an illegal they are screwed. You can't simply say "I can't pay" and the bill goes away.
