A few thoughts this weekend...
Just got back from moving my son to college, so haven't read a lot of posts, but always enjoy Wadi's.
There is not really much more to add to his comment. At this point, we are all speculating really.
My speculation: I believe the buyback continues, and the little bit I know and have read is that a company can only buyback at the bid, I think...but could be wrong.
I think, based on other posts and my own L2 observations, that AYME is the MM doing the buying back for the company. Once again, I believe I read somewhere that the company can only use one MM to buyback shares.
That's it for the speculations, as there is nothing more to add regarding the whats and whys of the share structure. Everyone believes what they believe, and that's that until we know for sure...10K or Q1 10Q? Who knows at this point?
A few days ago I posted something that i would like to re-iterate. Unfortunately, I have been on the losing end of a few Pump & Dumps and other means that scam companies use to sell their own shares at a profit, and SPNG does not employ any of the tactics used.
With P&Ds, the company will covertly buy shares throughout a particular day, then really load up at the end of the day, attracting a lot of attention. After hours comes the obligatory PR(s) telling what big things they "could be" on the verge of, or other such nonsense.
They then pay several stock promoters to pump the stock and company, again after hours before retail investors can buy, quite often paying them in shares of stock.
It even seems like message boards are filled with WEEEEEEE'S and a ton of pumping that same day, after virtually no posts leading up to that day.
With the trap set, it naturally gaps up then runs hard for an hour or so the following day, as dumba$$es (like I used to be) buy, buy, buy, all the while the company, stock promoters, and pumpers are selling into the buys.
This just has not been occurring here. Additionally, the SPNG PRs have real substance, verifiable...Dicon purchase, NFL advertising, increased sales, etc., etc.
Companies simply in business to make profit selling shares do not need to go to all this trouble. They just use the method described above and that's it.
This is just my opinion, but I honestly believe that the company is increasing shareholder wealth as promised. Some things just cannot be made public until the time is right. Do I know any more than anyone else? Of course not, but been playing these silly penny stocks long enough to know that there is something very different about this one.
BTW - a fellow I-Hubber emailed me about some blog that I think referred to me as an SPNG promoter. LOL. If that means I want the SP to increase, then I most certainly am!!! If it means I get compensated for posting, well, I wish it was true. I could sure use some tuition money about now. Unfortunately, I will have to do as the rest of the longs here and hope that the plan comes to fruition as SPNG mgmt states.
