Sorry but that is not correct. Read up on Illegal Naked Short Selling and how it is done. Lots of very good information about it on the RCCH board with links. You can look on the SEC website for starters. When RCCH starts moving companies off the Pinks maybe we will see the results of what happens in an Illegal Naked Short Sold position. Good luck.
