Dicon is a tiny little company that basically did very little business. If one is to believe even half of the SPNG revenue claims, it is easy to see that most of Dicon's business was with SPNG even before SPNG bought them for a couple of million dollars and paid off their 2 million in debt.

It's not as though the world was trying to knock down their door to buy their products. That's why they were announcing deals with pink sheet scam companies right before they started doing business with SPNG.

Dicon isn't a valuable asset to anyone but SPNG.

Is Dicon connected to Dupont or Colgate in any way? If not I believe Dicon will be the next "making lives better" company.
