from facebook wall for nansulate group page. Is this anyone from here?

hello nansulate people, I have had product on order for 6 weeks or so, finally got on the phone to CS, and was told the reason for the delay in filling my order was a shortage of one of the ingredients..... anybody else out there having this problem? sure would like to know more about this.... have been thinking about adding nansulate product application to an already existing business, but that is not going to work if we have to wait for two months every time product is ordered....
