fuk.. I'd like to see it made a law here in FL that anyone in an accident while talking on a cell phone is charged with a felony... especially if children are in the car. If a cop sees someone talking on a device and has kids in the car, pull them over and give them a ticket with a steep fine. 3 times and you go to jail and the kids are taken from you. Same thing if in an accident. It's called "Child Endangerment."

I was almost in an accident a while ago... a city cop went from the left lane, on a curve, to the far right lane and cut me off and the other driver in the right lane. I was in the middle lane. He had to stop and as I passed him, he was on a cell phone! I reported him.
