thanks genisi. There is an interesting hep B poster here that has implications for ZGEN's interferon product:

"High rate of HBsAg loss and HBsAg seroconversion in chronic hepatitis B patients on combination therapy with Peginterferon alfa-2a (Pegasys®) and Adefovir (Hepsera®): HBsAg titer predicts HBsAg loss or seroconversion"

the poster suggests pts with hep b, particularly those with low baseline titers, can achieve a cure when interferon is added to hepsera
