Let's say for purposes of our conversation that the dirt is worth $5 million. Let's also say that there are 5 Billion Authorized shares. If a buyer came along, and paid $5 million for the dirt, the PPS would be .001, or 1/1000ths of a penny.

IMO, had there been anything other than the dirt worth selling it would have happened 5-6 years ago. Seeing that there is nothing but dirt to sell, the share price here will not ever climb above .0015.

Sell while you can, cut your losses before 1-2 Billion shares become diluted and this plummets to .00001.
