I hope he is really getting the message and not just blowing smoke up your a$$.
For Mark Klok’s sake, I hope he understands that he not only needs to put out a PR ASAP, but it must be clear, detailed, substantive, and unambiguous. It would also be nice if it were a benefit to HMIT shareholders.
He needs to provide answers to questions regarding Genesis, the transfer of Ghana mining rights from HMIT to Mateo and what it means to investors, his plans for HMIT in the near and long term, and how he intends to gain investment community confidence in his management ability and produce value for current and future investors.
He also needs to respond to questions about his performance (or lack there of) over the past 18 months. He owes investors an honest explanation as to why he has failed to follow through on his press releases.
Sounds like a lot I’m sure but he has put himself in this position through his inept management. He has no one to blame but himself.
If he can't answer these questions in the very near future he'll be asking for trouble.
