Well, yes, but the competition produced more because they had more customers and more orders. It does not say anything about capacity in that letter to shareholders.

Walmart prices the same towels cheaper than Sears because they got them cheaper as they bought more. Sears could buy towels for the same price as Walmart but what would they do with the towels?
