I'm never goign to be as informed regarding the science. But I don't think you have ever shown that TH-302 and the HAP MoA doesn't work.

I actually do believe they have a blockbuster there and I'd like to see some double blinded studies - but I believe that the compund is a potential blockbuster and I have since I saw the in vitro studies over a year ago. You seem dismissive without ever actually have given it any real due dilligence.

Most science doesnt work and wont ever make it any where near comercialization - and much that does get approved will be a commercial flop. That being said I was never hawking any science - but I think yopu are 100% wrong in that there's nothing there in TH-302 - give it a few months for the completed phase 1/2 - i think you could possibly see a move right into a larger stage phase 2/3 for the more aggressive cancer indications.
