Botwood play: There is a scuttlebutt that geologist analyst(s) from Haywood Securities were denied access to Barrick's property in Botwood recently.

Don't know the why or its significance. Barrick has not indicated any drill plan this year yet...

Was told that Barrick's property has the right structure, so is Grayd's (GYD). It was reported that on GYD's property, "In 1988, Noranda intersected over 100 m of moderate-to-intense alteration in a drill hole that was anomalous in gold (to 1.6 g/t Au)..."

BTW, Haywood Securities is a force in the juniors market. Tognetti, one of the top dogs there, took down the private placement in Grayd Resources as alluded in Brummell's article.
