Mr. Klok needs to be held accountable for his actions as CEO of this company. I don't understand the "think happy thoughts and it will all be ok" attitude some people have about this situation.
If you want to give it your best you need to continue to put pressure on Mr. Klok to inform his shareholders as to what he is doing with our company.
His webpage bio talks him up as an experienced financial professional. If that is true, he would have crunched the numbers on this deal to determine that it should have a positive result for the company and investors.
He needs to show those numbers and explain the results and his decision making process to shareholders now
If he did not conduct this sort of analysis or is unwilling to release this information to shareholders; he should not claim to be experienced or professional.
So far he has proven to be the exact opposite of his corporate bio, inexperienced, inept, misleading, and unprofessional.
