If I set the buy point for the RUT to RSI4 = 15 and the sell point to 26, then the W-l record is 49-4.

This with a .2-.4-.8-1.6 ladder.

But the portfolio actually lost 10% over 7 years. The 4 losses offset all of the gains and then some.
