So, you think Luiten is waiting for the seller to be done before a PR. In case nobody noticed, the pattern of trading today was the SAME as everyday since the 11th. A big drop early, a half recovery, and meandering the rest of the day. The average trade today was .0323 down from yesterday of .0332 down from the 17th of .0377.
